How to play
After the 3-2-1 countdown your rocket is released. At the bottom of the screen are buttons to fly the rocket, in the centre is the main engine thruster, with side thrusters on the left and right to push the rocket horizontally.
Following a descent through space where you must avoid the asteroids and satellites, gently use the main thruster to land the rocket on one of the landing zones. Ensure the descent speed is below the safe level (as shown in the HUD). The narrow pad is worth five times more points than the wide one. Once landed, fire the engine and thrust back to orbit to finish the level.
Watch the descent-rate readout — it turns amber, then red, as you pass the safe touchdown speed. Collect fuel canisters and energy orbs on the way down; you will need both.
Common questions
I keep exploding on landing. Almost always descent rate rather than position. Come down slower than feels necessary, and level off before you touch.
Is my progress saved? Your highest score and your mute setting are saved on your device. Deleting the app removes them, and there is no cloud backup.
The music stopped but the sound effects still play. That is deliberate. If you are already playing audio from another app, the soundtrack steps aside so your music keeps going. Effects continue because they are gameplay feedback.
Does the game use my data? No. There is no networking, no analytics, and no accounts. See the privacy policy.
Accessibility
Every control carries a VoiceOver label, Reduce Motion is respected throughout, and nothing important is signalled by sound alone. If something is not working for you, please get in touch — accessibility reports are taken seriously.
Reporting a problem
It helps a great deal if you can include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
